INTERNATIONAL PRINTING PRESS - better known in the market as IPP , has its location in the Alwazzan Gardens in  the prime area of Sehla, (off Budaiya Highway), Kingdom of Bahrain. IPP  has equipped itself with the latest machineries to cater the printing and allied needs of the customers of the local market of Bahrain as well as it's neighbors. INTERNATIONAL PRINTING PRESS was previously owned by the present owner of the Bahrain press and taken over during the year 1991 by YOUSUF AHMED ABDULAZIZ ALWAZZAN, the eldest son of Late Ahmed Abdul Aziz Alwazzan. Since then the ownership has been in the hands of the ALWAZZAN family. 

    The name AHMED A.Z. ALWAZZAN & SONS W.L.L. is one of the pioneer names in the business world of Bahrain today. Their business ventures dates back to more than FOUR decades, especially the Eye Care products, being the First License Holder from the Ministry of Health and whose other business interests in Bahrain rests in the fields of Jewellery, Cosmetics, Beauty Products, Printing and Property. The Founder member of the company is late Ahmed Abdul Aziz Alwazzan, who was not only one of the leading businessmen of his times, but also was a major force to create Eye Care awareness in the Bahrain Market. The Company with its diversified activities has an aggregate Annual Turnover of more than 30 Million US Dollars.

The diversification into multi-field shows the versatility of the promoter with a track record of more than 33 years in which he has shown his abilities of prudent business behavior.  

Mr. Yousuf Alwazzan is assisted and supported by a team of professionals - General Manager, Production Managers, Chartered Accountants, Artists, Printers, Proof readers and Marketing personnel. The technical know how is provided by Mr. Ramesh Waghnani - the General Manager, who is having techno commercial experience and Mr. John Kennedy who is a Master in Printing Technology with a vast experience of more than a decade in the said field in the Middle East. Towards the easy execution of the above jobs we are equipped with the following departments.

To achieve highest quality and outstanding reproduction of photography, graphics and text, we have installed computers, printers, color separation scanners, image setting equipments at the cutting edge of the available technology, with latest electronic hardware, software and other peripherals. High quality films are produced in the image setter and we recently installed a CTP machine by which offset plates are made direct from computer to plate which enables as to a very fast production arena.   

In the process section plate exposing and developing machines are installed .  Imposition, layouts, touching and re-touching works of films are done with at most precision.

Our comprehensive Bindery is equipped with the latest machines to achieve fine finishing of jobswith quality and high speed. We are also equipped with a heavy hydraulic power run Die cutting, blind embossing cum Foiling machine which enables us to make boxes of different sizes and shapes. We also do fine quality foiling jobs as required. We are also equipped with a high speed Folding machine and a Lamination machine which does matt and glossy lamination as needed. We have also installed a Perfect book binding machine which indeed is the need of present times. 

Last but not the least our finishing and packaging section is equipped with latest Machineries like shrink wrapping and strip packing etc.

The Press has a very vast clientele which includes many major departments of Ministries, Banks, Schools, reputed Companies and Establishments. Needless to say that the number of walk-in-customers is daily on the increase.
